Finnish company.
European B2B operating model.
Varqelio Trade Oy is a Finnish commercial sourcing and market-development company built around written qualification, protected introductions and direct buyer–supplier transactions.
Finnish limited company registered in the Trade Register on 17 September 2026.
VAT FI36553061.
Cross-border buyer and manufacturer work across the Nordics and Europe.
Written-first commercial communication for accuracy and traceability.
Commercial coordinator, sourcing engine and market-development layer.
Varqelio does not need to buy stock or become the buyer's legal agent to create commercial value. We qualify needs, screen seller fit, build buyer routes, protect introductions and coordinate the path toward a direct transaction.
No hidden operating claims.
Unless separately agreed in writing, Varqelio does not become importer of record, warehouse, carrier, financing provider, product warrantor or technical installer. Those roles remain with the party actually responsible for them.
Commercial stages stay separate.
FOUND ≠ NEED
A company profile is not a confirmed requirement.
REPLY ≠ ORDER
Engagement does not mean a purchase decision.
DRAFT ≠ SIGNED
Negotiation is not an effective agreement.
INVOICE ≠ PAID
Potential or invoiced commission is not cash until received.
Credibility comes from accurate stages, not inflated logos.
Protected counterparties are not published as “clients” or “partners” merely because a conversation exists. Completed, permissioned reference projects can be published only when the evidence supports that status.
Do buyers normally pay Varqelio?
No separate buyer fee by default. The buyer normally contracts with and pays the selected supplier directly. Seller-funded economics are agreed separately where applicable.
Can Varqelio work outside the listed industries?
Yes, if the requirement is lawful civilian B2B, technically defined and commercially actionable.
Do you disclose our company immediately?
No. Varqelio uses stage-based, minimum-necessary disclosure and can apply two-sided blind matching until the relevant protection and consent gates are ready.
Can official company documents be provided?
Yes. Corporate verification documents are available to qualified counterparties when appropriate. Public website claims avoid publishing unnecessary personal data from registry documents.
